Edgecote House provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for up to 5 young people from various backgrounds who are likely to demonstrate Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Edgecote House is managed by Gregory Harrison. Gregory has an abundance of management experience in various sectors. He studied Business management at University and spent 9 years within the security industry managing and eventually directing manned security provision delivered nationwide. In search of a more rewarding career Gregory ventured into the social care sector. Gregory spent 2 years managing a 20 bed project of self-contained flats supporting vulnerable care leavers and teens claiming estrangement from their parents. He also spent 2 years as the Area Manager of a cluster of homes housing care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seeking children. More recently Gregory has spent 4 years working in residential childcare for Homes2inpsire. Gregory holds a QCF Level 5, Leadership & Management for the Health & Social Care (Children & Young People Services) in addition to qualifications specific to business management. Gregory has been approved and certificated as an Approved Business Director by the Prince’s Trust. Gregory is also a qualified Mediator and Restorive Justice Practitioner. Gregory works voluntarily as a Personal Advisor for vulnerable adults ensuring that they have continued access to public funds. Gregory is passionate in supporting positive outcomes for children, young people and the vulnerable. His aim is for all service users to flourish in a caring and supportive environment and transition to independence successfully.
