We believe in investing in our staff and provide a competitive benefits package.

In order for our people to provide the best care for our children & young people, we ensure that they are provided with relevant training.
We recognise that working in Residential Care is challenging not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well and therefore it is important to speak about any challenges you may face inside or outside of work.
As well as all of our people having access to Employee Assistance Programme, we also have an internal Health & Wellbeing Team who are on hand and available to provide professional help and support during difficult times. Our team all have an NHS clinical background and are trained in their field of expertise.
