Days Out
It is essential for our Support Workers to build positive relationships with our Children & Young People and going on days out together is just one of the ways you can do this.
Individuals on shift are encouraged to join the Children and Young People on their days out & activities to share the experience and adventures.
Meals included on shift
When on shift you will be acting as a corporate parent to the Children & Young People so its important you are part of their daily routine including school runs, activities and enjoying meals together.
