Going the Extra Mile: Homes2Inspire Teams Step Up for Charity

Over the past few weeks, some our incredible young people and team members across several Homes2Inspire homes have gone above and beyond by lacing up their walking boots and running shoes to raise money for causes close to their hearts. Here’s a round-up of their amazing achievements:

A Snowdon Victory for Bicester

Two of our remarkable young people, supported by team members from Parker House and Lilac House, recently took on the mighty challenge of climbing Snowdon—and triumphed! Completing the entire walk in under 8 hours, the group raised an outstanding £1,500 for Young Minds, a charity committed to supporting the mental health of children and young people.

A huge thank you to everyone from Parker and Lilac House who made this possible. Your determination and teamwork are truly inspiring!

Ivy House Charity Colour Run

The marvellous team at Ivy House recently participated in a vibrant 5K ‘Colour Run’ to support Cynthia Spencer Hospice, which provides specialist palliative care across West Northamptonshire. With one of our amazing young people joining in, the team raised £100 for this vital cause.

Well done to everyone involved for bringing colour, energy, and compassion to the community!

Meadowview’s Race for Life

At Meadowview House, one of our fantastic young people and a team member took part in a 5K Race for Life to support Cancer Research UK. Their efforts raised an impressive £129, contributing to life-saving research and support for those affected by cancer.

A heartfelt thank you to the Meadowview team for your commitment and community spirit!
