Tone House is a 3 bed children’s home set up as part of the strategic partnership with Somerset County Council, Homes2Inspire and Somerset NHS. Our aim is to provide a stable and supportive home that promotes caring, positive and consistent relationships.
A home where we will support and encourage children to recognise and achieve their potential, build self-esteem, confidence and resilience, and provide opportunities to build their knowledge of the big wide world. We understand the challenges faced today and through nuturing, firm boundaries, education and support we will do our best to help children and young people accomplish their goals.
