Learning & Development Manager
Alice has over 12 years’ experience working in children’s services. Having previously been a support worker and team leader, Alice joined the Homes2Inspire training and development team in 2016. She has since progressed into her current management role. Alice is a qualified L&D professional, with a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development, a teaching qualification and an assessing award.
